Finish
• Wood surfaces are prepared for finish by sanding prior to staining.
• Stains, are handwiped to accent the beauty of the grain.
• Stain is allowed to air dry in flash tunnels after final handwiping.
• Sealer is then applied making the initial protective coating.
• Ovens dry the sealer, which is then handsanded to create a surface that is consistent, smooth and ready for topcoat.
• Topcoat, a catalyzed, conversion varnish, is the final protective coating.
• Ovens provide the cross-linking chemistry to form an extremely durable coating that is resistant to scuffs, moisture, and household chemicals.
